SharedBrief is operated by SnuffleLabs LLC.

SharedBrief offers free and paid publishing plans. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us permission to store, display, and distribute a brief while you choose to publish it. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share that content and for the accuracy of what you publish.

Do not use SharedBrief to publish illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or privacy-violating material. We may remove content or restrict accounts that misuse the service. Public links are unlisted and accessible to anyone who obtains them. Restricted links require verified sign-in and may be limited to recipients selected by the owner. Recipients may copy content they can access; choose access settings appropriate to the information you share.

The service is provided as available and may change or be discontinued. These terms do not override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the amount and billing interval shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled; cancellation through Manage billing takes effect at the end of the paid period.
