Share a brief
Sign in with your email, then create and publish a brief from your dashboard. Anyone with the link can read it without an account; links are unlisted, but they are not private.
To use Claude, open Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector and enter SharedBrief with the remote server URL https://www.sharedbrief.com/mcp. Connect your SharedBrief account, review the requested access, and approve it. If connection fails, check that you can sign in to SharedBrief and try reconnecting from Claude. The connector is not yet listed in Claude's directory.
Try these in Claude
- “Turn the project summary above into a SharedBrief draft. Give it a clear title, but don't publish it yet.”
- “Publish my SharedBrief draft and give me the public link.”
- “How many estimated views did my latest SharedBrief get? Then add a short next-steps section to it.”
Creating a draft stores only the content you choose. Publishing makes it publicly accessible. Claude should ask before writing or changing content through the connector.
The first release supports headings, paragraphs, lists, tables, quotes, and links. Images and file import are not yet available. You can publish up to 10 briefs; each document can contain up to 100 KB of text. Views are approximate, with repeat views from the same browser on the same day counted once.
Unpublishing immediately removes the page from SharedBrief. Anyone who already downloaded or copied its content may retain that copy. Delete removes the brief and its view records.
